Lucy is a great person to have on your team. She is self-sufficient, reliable and a creative thinker.

Lucy is a confident self-shooter and much of her work features in the commercial projects we undertook. She understands how to cover a scene and is good at getting on with a range of people generally - therefore a valuable addition to any documentary crew. She was also responsible for organising the logistics of shoots, including two foreign shoots.

As a researcher she proved herself to be diligent, inquisitive and able to communicate her findings clearly and succinctly. She worked across both production and development research. In addition she covered contributor and archive finding - and has a particular talent for music research. Some of the subject matters of the programmes she worked on were of a sensitive nature and involved talking with potential contributors who had suffered trauma. She handled all this with maturity, respect and sensitivity.
