I am a BAFTA and RTS winning, Senior Producer/Director/Edit Producer with extensive experience of directing and self-shooting in the UK and overseas, across all formats and genres including fact-ent, obs doc, consumer, pre-recorded/live studios and gameshows. Equally happy on location/in studio/in the edit. As a P/D I have edit-produced all my own episodes. Skillset: * Highly organised, self motivated and editorial, used to managing teams,schedules and budgets * Able to prioritise workload and work well under pressure to tight deadlines. * Proven track record of difficult access negotiation, building partnerships and working with sensitive contributors including children. * PSC and multi-camera directing * Self-shooting FS7/PMW500/Canon 305/A7S and C300. * Experienced edit-producer - Stitch edits, part edits, VT inserts, 30', 60', 90' shows, directing offlines, onlines, VO and dubs. * Experience at setting new formats and series style in the edit, cutting first eps. * Writing - script writing, commentary writing and pitch/creative treatment writing. * Skilled at story-finding and telling, creatively bringing stories to life on screen. * Development Producer - leading development teams, development of multi-platform ideas and 360 content, pitching to commissioners. * Experience of commissioning content, writing briefs, commissioning Indies and managing commissioning process.
