I made the decision to move from production to editorial last year as although I've loved the forward-planning aspect of the job, I've been wanting more involvement in the content side of TV. I have a passion for developing new ideas, working with and getting the best out of contributors, problem-solving on the ground, and simply having more input into the narrative / look of a show. I believe my organisational, detail-orientated, and proficient communication skills from my time in production make me a well-rounded member of an editorial team. Read Less
