I am a Safari guide, Zoologist and budding wildlife filmmaker. Since a young age, I have been fascinated with all aspects of the natural world and passionate about spreading my enthusiasm for the natural world with a global audience through the shooting, editing and production of natural history documentaries. I am a Field Guide of Southern Africa (FGASA) certified Safari Guide with guiding experience in both South Africa and Sri Lanka and have a deep understanding of the natural history of these locations. I hold a unique set as a result of my Safari guide training, which enables me to convey complex scientific theory in a fun and engaging way for audiences to understand.I have a good understanding and experience in factual broadcast television from my time as a National Geographic Intern and directors assistant. I am familiar with National Geographics research, pitching and treatments protocols and have experience in the design and format of these. On top of this, I also have experience in shooting and editing sciences documentaries for both National Geographic and Discovery Channel Asia. I have worked with production crews for documentary shoots in both Taiwan and China; where I assisted in 4k shooting/editing, factual research, time-lapse photography, equipment transport/setup, data logging and data wrangling. I have experience working and shooting in remote and challenging environments such as Chinas Gobi desert.I have shot and edited my own short documentaries on Britains declining hedgehogs populations, Insect metamorphosis. My latest film - The Hart, has been selected for this years the Ireland Wildlife Film Festival.I have a Masters in Zoology from UCL in London and currently embarking on a career in wildlife film making.
