Erifili is an award winning Filmmaker and a self employed Casting Director. Most recently, she casted the "The Modern Way" feature film by Giuseppe Monticciolo and "Animal Pie" short film by award-winning Ben Plumb.She has worked an Actor Scout for BMA Artists where she signed eighteen actors for the talent agency. Part of her job was to attend theatre performances, acting conservatories showcases (Rada, Lamda, Italia Conti, etc), to make online research and to street cast. Erifili is also the Lead Programmer and founder of EFN Film Festival -an international short film festival that showcases work from new directors- and a Programmer at The Garden Cinema in London. Her passion is to champion work by emerging directors, particularly that by underrepresented groups and made under difficult conditions.Her track record includes curation of festivals and public art events in Berlin, Athens, and London.Erifili has significant interpersonal skills and a real passion for filmmaking, which she has served through a variety roles such as Film Director, Casting Director, Programmer, Writer and Production Assistant.
