Katie's experience as a senior multimedia journalist was a perfect fit for our requirements. We asked Katie to create and deliver a plan for establishing a social media presence for the Ken Dodd Foundation from scratch and she delivered in bucketloads or as Sir Ken Dodd would say she created a perfectly "plumptious" plan to coincide with the first-ever Doddy Day organized by The Comedy Trust, Liverpool’s Royal Court, Knotty Ash Productions and Liverpool’s Museums.

This work involved closely liaising with Lady Dodd and myself to create a planned campaign to promote the Doddy Day event and working empathetically with all the other charitable concerns that the Foundation supports. Her video packages and infographics succinctly spelt out the messaging required and easily summed up the spirit of the foundation.

Katie has incredible organizational skills and is brilliant at forward planning and creating workable and logical schedules. Her exceptionally attractive posts sum up complicated stories in an easy bite-size format for Twitter and Facebook. She has a great editorial eye and is really skilful at simplifying the complex into easily readable messages and overall I would say is probably far too modest for her own good.
