Matt Mazany is a director, writer, and producer living in Los Angeles. Matt has two Emmy nominations for his work on Funny or Die’s Gay of Thrones. Matt also developed Funny or Die’s pilot program, Test Tube, in which he produced 16 sketch pilots (3 of which he directed). In the summer of 2008, Matt packed his car with everything he owned and drove from Alaska to Los Angeles to work in TV and film. He found the cheapest, shortest film school and then started working in the industry. He has worked every job on a set from the esteemed gaffer to the lowly actor. After self producing dozens of projects and with some good opportunities, Matt started to make most of his living as a director. Matt has has worked for Funny or Die, Buzzfeed, Collegehumor, UCB, AOK, WWE, and many other independent production companies.
