I have expertise on managing large teams (100+ members), running complicated cost managers on both PMI and Excel, processing payrolls and payments, budgeting and scheduling, staffing production teams and runners, setting up nation-wide casting process as well as international and complicated shoots with lots of moving parts across multiple units, building production villages, dealing with sensitive contributors and data, complicated Duty of Care, and being the main point of contact with the Legal, Accounts, Health & Safety,ARt Department and Crew.  I also have experience in writing contracts, agreements, detailed Risk Assessments and Call Sheets.
