I am an enthusiastic bubbly Production Co-Ordinator currently looking for work. I would like to work within a different company to challenge myself and to see how other Production companies are run which will give me a well rounded outlook and approach to working in Production. I also have worked as a Personal Assistant and held various administrative roles which illustrates my learnt work traits of attention to detail, logistically planning, performing in high pressures dealing with various different elements and building relationships within and outside of a company. I am very much a people person and a team player. I have an extensive work history of working with demanding tasks and various challenging situation which has helped me to assess and excel in production environments. I have been working at Blast Films! for just over a year and a half and have gained the essential knowledge of prep, production and post production. In particular, working in Development, I solely prep national and international shoots at short notice, managing the budget with Cost Managers and building a great rapport with freelancers which we may need on hand at short notice. I also contract and negotiate pay with New Starters then sort any necessary paperwork. It has giving me a fantastic insight to my ultimate goal of Production Manager. Read Less
