I’m an experienced Producer/Casting Producer with over 15 years’ experience across factual entertainment, observational documentary and current affairs, with credits for Channel 4, Channel 5, BBC and ITV.

I have extensive experience in casting and forward planning, from finding contributors and developing stories through to setting up shoots and supporting productions on location. I’m particularly strong at spotting contributors with that extra something and a strong story who can really help make a series work.

My strengths include story finding, research, contributor relationships and vetting. I particularly enjoy people-focused productions where trust, sensitive interviewing and good contributor care are central.

Alongside broadcast work, I’m currently producing and directing my own observational documentary, Behind the Curtain: A Family on Tour, following Ukrainian individuals on an opera tour and their producer, Ellen Kent.

I have been working as a Teaching Assistant with SEN children, which has given me the flexibility to continue making the documentary and complements my interest in Art Psychotherapy. This has strengthened my experience of working sensitively with people with a wide range of needs. I also have a Foundation in Psychodynamic Counselling.

I’m interested in Producer, Casting Producer, Contributor Welfare and Shooting AP roles across factual, factual entertainment and documentary. I’m keen to develop further as a Welfare Producer, building on my experience in contributor care, sensitive interviewing and working with vulnerable people. I’m also open to casting and welfare work across commercials, independent documentaries and photography shoots.
