A creative problem solver with six years of experience working across a diverse range of specialist factual documentaries, I am looking to step up to Assistant Producer in my next role. 

I have a proven track record in developing and delivering ground-breaking science and natural history stories, and I love uncovering the human stories and connections that make complex subjects accessible. I am proactive and thrive in fast-paced production environments. I enjoy working collaboratively to bring ideas to life at every stage of production, from developing successful commissions and researching original stories to executing complex shoots and supporting the edit. 

I am confident and experienced in leading the setup for international and UK shoots, working with both small and large crews, in remote wilderness to busy inner-city environments, on subjects that range from GSS- to macro-scale. I have directing experience in both contributor and natural history filming, and have coordinated logistics for filming with multiple DOPs, contributors & performers. I have an in-depth knowledge of VFX pipelines, from asset design, to recceing plate filming environments and supporting filming on location.

With a specialism in Earth Sciences, I draw on my academic background to synthesise information and build quick rapport with experts and have casted strong contributors for filming. 

I am looking forwards to diving into the next exciting production and love that no day in our industry is ever the same - from filming apex predators on foot, to working with parkour athletes and puppeteers. Read Less
