I am a young, fresh composer with an ear for new sounds and a passion for integrating diverse genres into different media. I work primarily in musical theatre, but have a huge interest in soundscapes, cinema and concept albums. I co-founded leoe&hyde in 2016 with the aim of bringing contemporary pop and electronic music into theatre. I am the composer behind the multi-award winning and internationally-featured The Marriage of Kim K which is currently in development for its Australian premiere in May 2019. I am also the composer in residence for Shakespearean company The Three Inch Fools with whom I create acoustic, folk scores for touring, open air productions. Alongside leoe&hyde, I have been the recipient of many theatre awards – including winning Best Show at Birminghamfest for two years running – and have worked with a number of exciting artists including Seann Miley Moore of the X Factor, Emily Burnett of The Voice and West End vocal coach Mary Hammond. My passions are synth-pop, neo-noir cinema, Irish folk and contemporary choral music. I am most at home when I'm not playing it safe.
