With 20+ years experience in the industry, I've worked as both crew (teleprompt operator) and within editorial production, on everything from studio, webcasts and produced-reality, to location filming on a Formula One circuit, gun ranges in America and Edit Producing BBC documentaries.
As the first member of the casting team on the BAFTA award-winning series 1 (and 2) of The Only Way is Essex, I set the style for research and biogs as well as being the first person to interview all key members of the original cast.
I also helped create and develop the first TV show featuring both French & Saunders for 16 years - definitely a dream job!
From my early years as an Autoscript operator to my current work in editorial and post production, I have extensive experience in script development and writing, can find, book, cast and produce unusual and sought after guests and contributors either in studio or on location; set up and organise a wide variety of shoots - including all aspects of logistics and risk assessments - oversee crew on location (foreign and domestic) and take the project through into the edit.
After many years of supporting SPs and Execs as a producer on location and in studio, I'm keen to explore opportunities that will allow me to take a step up and reflect the work that I already do in terms of team management. Keen to be considered for any new SP roles out there, I'm also eager to get back to my Entertainment roots and find shows where I can work directly with on-screen talent, as well as build on my experience in the edit and create a strong portfolio of Edit Producing credits.
