A quick-thinking, perceptive and highly organised PD who is skilled at handling complex access and self-shooting in challenging environments. I've got a keen interest in programmes that explore social and cultural topics, sport, travel and animal welfare.

I can read a room and adapt quickly to unfolding situations, demonstrated on tricky access and award-winning series and singles for major national and international broadcasters and streamers, including Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, Vice, BritBox, Sky, BBC, ITV and Channel 4. Recent credits include, Amazon Prime's 'We Are Newcastle United', BBC One's 'Race Across the World', 'Ambulance' and ITV's 'Secrets of the Krays'.

I've filmed with Premier League football clubs and elite athletes, been embedded in sensitive environments like schools, hospitals, councils, hostels, gender identity clinics and animal hospitals, and have worked with ambulance crews, the police, bailiffs and reformed gangsters, along with high profile talent and celebrities. This has allowed me to conduct interviews with people from all walks of life, adapting to, and self-shooting in, a variety of challenging, fun and surprising locations.

I thrive on setting up complex shoots for complience-heavy sequences, demonstrated on longitudinal documentaries spanning 2-3 years, as well as securing difficult, fast turnaround access on projects with 1 week deadlines. I have also booked talent, negotiated fees with agents, sourced UGC, shot and conducted interviews on archive biography documentaries. 

I am skilled at tracking down the hard to find people and places that make a story stand out, and nurturing these important relationships, whilst self-shooting in both a narratively and visually compelling way. Read Less
