Emma is a talented producer, director and writer with a flair for smart and on-point storytelling. She has a breadth of experience which informs all aspects of her work and she's an effective and calm leader who inspires her teams. Emma has a strong vision which she communicates succinctly to her crews on set and she knows how to keep a tight reign on complex shoots making sure she stays on schedule and on budget. She has an open and friendly style with contributors who like and trust her. In the edit, Emma has a clear direction but is open to experimenting creatively and has a fluid and funny writing style which puts her own personal mark on her work. She's a great team player as well as strong leader, has a strong sense of responsibility and a real pride in getting everything right, both organisationally and creatively.
I have employed Emma on two series of Marrying Mum and Dad where she was brilliant. Extremely creative; a great self shooter, good at managing her team, writing scripts and working with multiple PSC crews and cutting her episodes. I would love to work with her again!!
