Researcher with skills in development, pitching and a confident self-shooter and editor.I have just completed my Masters in Producing and Directing Television Entertainment at the National Film & Television School and also hold a BA in Broadcast Journalism from Nottingham Trent University. During my masters at the NFTS I have Developed, Directed and Produced my own TV shows ranging all the way from location based adventure game shows to live studio magazine shows. I have also gained a lot of experience pitching, developing pitch documents, editing taster tapes and shooting pitch reels.I completed an Internship at BBC Studios in 2018 where i worked with the BBC Events development team preparing briefs and pitch documents and taking part in run throughs and brainstorms. I was also able to work on the production of the Royal Wedding in May where I Assisted Producer/ Director in filming video inserts which appeared in both the preview shows and main BBC1 Wedding Broadcast. I also acted as a Runner for the Wedding itself assisting the main BBC gallery.I am a confident multi-camera studio director and have experience operating a wide variety of camera's from Canon 305's to Panasonic DVX200's and Sony FS7's as well as being proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid and Adobe Audition.I have a strong interest in Sports production and my background in journalism also makes me an effective communicator both in person and in writing and I have experience of writing for a number of publications both online and in print.
