Hello - I'm a senior broadcast and investigative journalist, currently working on a freelance/contract basis for the BBC, and independent production companies. I'm currently working in TV in Factual Entertainment, but my background is news and current affairs. Before that, I regularly worked as an AP and Reporter for the consumer affairs programme You and Yours, on BBC Radio 4, where I was given the opportunity to research, compile and present my own investigations on air. I've also regularly worked on planning and producing various programmes for BBC 5Live - as well as newsgathering and news reading on the 5Live summaries desk. Prior to going freelance, I was Acting News Editor for Bauer Media in commercial radio, where I was nominated for 2 IRN Awards for Best News special or Feature. Thanks for your consideration.
