· Dealing with customs agents and brokers on the ground to ensure completion of carnets through multiple countries (often in Spanish, my second language)
· Overseeing the day to day smooth running of an international shoot on the ground. Managing crew and chaperoning talent.
· Sourcing / managing fixers, negotiating rates and managing their logistics & involvement in the shoot.
· Budget and float management.
· Extensive experience using PMI and Navision / Just Produce cost management software.
· Call sheets, schedule & risk assessment management.
· Post paperwork and management through delivery.
· Liaising with Post Houses & overseeing the management of an edit.
· Booking crew/ staff & rate negotiation
· Music archive clearance & declaration.
· Managing interns / work experience / production staff.
· Bilingual (English and Spanish)
