Thorough, detail-oriented researcher with over two years of experience currently working in the fields of documentary with a previous background in journalism. Varying experience in fields of production (documentary & news) has proven my interest for real stories and aptitude for research, storytelling and organisation. Most recently I’ve worked on an upcoming historical feature doc for Netflix Studios as a researcher for The Thursday Company (a Berlin based production company that specialises in feature docs).I come from a journalistic background previously working as a producer at Reuters, the world’s largest news agency. This stands me in an advantageous position for research-based roles where commonly expected attributes including journalistic integrity, fact verification and building contributor trust were at the forefront of my previous role.I am particularly interested in working on documentary productions that deal with current affairs, historical topics or character-led narratives.
