I'm Pip; an efficient and creative production assistant and runner hoping to take my next step in the industry and further develop my career in television production. Eventually I’d like to specialise in factual documentary, with a particular focus on political, social and humanitarian issues, but at the moment I’m just keen to learn as much as I can about making interesting television!Recently I've been working as a production assistant and runner at factual documentary production company Wild Pictures, assisting the heads of production and maintaining the day-to-day running of the office and helping to organise productions.Previous to that I've worked as a fashion shoot runner and assistant, and in both roles it's been noted that I have great communication and relationship building skills whilst being highly-organised, efficient and able to anticipate needs, and that I can also take initiative when or even before issues arise and find solutions to logistical problems quickly.
