Hi, I'm Greg- a Northern Self Shooting Producer/Director.

North West based and trained in Hostile Environment (HEFAT), Conflict Management, Situational Awareness, and Self Shooting.

Particularly interested in filming alongside Military. 

I’ve been in the TV industry for over 14 years now. The past 8 years I've dedicated to filming "blue light" as PD, and I’ve a passion for observational documentaries.

I'm a strong shooter (FX9/FX6/FS7/GoPro) and editorially minded with the ability to follow and produce a story as it evolves, and to embed myself within existing teams. I'm very used to working in hostile and sensitive situations, whilst staying calm and level headed. As well as having a sound knowledge of legal and compliance issues.

I've produced visually strong and interesting stories on the fly, and also have experience conducting master interviews- lighting, directing and self shooting.

Flexible with regards to travelling and working shifts, having followed Paramedic's/Police's shift patterns. Also very used to the spontaneous nature of being on location, working under pressure and have a strong adaptability to many different situations. Bases throughout UK.

* Mavic Mini Drone owner/pilot,

* Canon DSLR owner (have done publicity stills for several productions) 

* Full clean Drivers License/Motorbike license held for 18 years with my own vehicle,

* Current UK Passport,

* CRB and NPPV Level 2 Police vetted,

* Hostile Environment and First Aid Trained (HEFAT),

* Have acted as a Consultant on a Police show, directed crew, lit/shot master IV's, and created publicity stills. 

* Experience filming with a variety of Police units including: Marine, Road Crime, SALCU- plain clothes/drugs unit, Traffic, Dogs, Firearms and Response Police as well as Paramedics/specialist Paramedics.
