GENERAL OVERVIEW Experienced Studio, Casting, Story, Edit and Development Producer/Senior Producer, with a background in journalism, and over 14 years experience at producer level, who has worked on a variety of projects producing and managing story content as well as contributors and talent, casting contributors, and experts, as well as edit producing both remotely and in suites.  

Experienced at running teams large and small. I've been lucky enough to work on several projects from inception to delivery leading the casting or story team, and then moving on to edit produce.

I have several years of experience working in development departments, working up ideas and writing treatments, creating visual decks and pitching to commissioners.   I've also managed several funded developments through to the commission stage, liaising with channel commissioners to get projects over the line. I specialise in tricky access. Lots of fact ent, documentary and ob doc experience including many first series. I have also worked extensively in galleries on studio series and rigs.

FORWARD PLANNING/STUDIO PRODUCER - Experienced in daytime fast turnaround studio series, I've been working recently as a Forward Planning Producer on Morning Live and have produced multiple studio series from the gallery and studio floor. 

EDIT PRODUCER EXPERIENCE - I have cut 1 hour, 45 mins and 30 min series for Channel 4, E4, BBC 3, ITV and MTV.

PD/STORY PRODUCER - From First Dates to a series about the sale of high end property in London, a presenter led food competition series and a series about luxury hotels. I'm a confident interviewer and know how to get to the heart of a story as well as map out processes for the story team to produce the best content, and provide thorough notes to help guide the edit. 

CASTING EXPERIENCE - I am originally a print journalist with a long background in casting. I have solely cast tricky series as well as led teams to cast projects on subjects varying from parenting, body image, gender identity, dating as well as medical and crime series.  I have run casting teams of varying sizes both large and small.
