I’m Imy, an organised and detail-focused Assistant Producer with experience across factual, reality, daytime, true crime, current affairs and drama.

My experience includes: Gaining exclusive access to contributors, locations and compelling stories. Producing in-depth interviews, editing casting tapes, and pitching stories to Execs and channels. Building and maintaining relationships with contributors and guiding them as they share their stories, sometimes for the first time. Developing lasting rapport and trust. Managing welfare, duty of care and compliance across cast and crew.

I have directed and produced sit-down interviews with contributors, always approaching each with empathy and respect, especially when dealing with sensitive subjects such as murder, grief or trauma. I enjoy shooting, having filmed for broadcast on Sony FX9, FX6, FX3, Drone and Osmo. I have experience in the edit, scripting, edit producing, managing legalities and compliance.
