I’m an experienced Travel and Accommodation Coordinator in live-action, looking to transfer my skillset into similar roles. I am currently based in Bristol, and I always willing to travel when a role requires. My experience includes arranging all cast travel (flights, trains, taxis and unit drivers), booking hotels and long-stay accommodation, coordinating crew travel where required, and liaising closely with the AD team on transport needs. I am comfortable meeting and greeting cast, remaining on-call for ad hoc requests, and handling problems discreetly and efficiently. I have frequently been the line of communication between the talent and production teams.
