Read MoreAfter 5 years working in the film and TV business across Assistant Directing for everything from River City, Karen Pirie to Batgirl, a researcher for drama and fact ent, and then an Assistant Producer on Bargain Loving Brits in the Sun, I joined the National Film and Television School to study the prestiguous MA in Screenwriting. Since graduating this year I've stayed on at the school in a part-time capacity as the Student Union President where I've served as a member of the Board of Governors. My time at the NFTS is coming to an end and I'm leaping headfirst into the job market with a range of skills from scriptwriting - I have four short films screening at BAFTA- and OSCAR-Qualifying Festivals this year, as well as a number of projects in development with Directors and Producers - and organisational skills that came with my fact ent work such as casting, location scouting, shooting GVs and wrangling. I have a wide set of interests and a degree in literature/philosophy, not that that has been much use throughout my career but I mention merely to express I'll find a way to connect with anyone, one way or another.
