20 years of competition format experience. From daytime, fast paced studio shows to primetime groundbreaking challenge shows such as the BAFTA and multi award winning The Great British Bake Off. Shaping and developing first series', as well as creatively keeping well-worn formats at the top of their game. Comfortable with live broadcast, both in studio and outside broadcast. Produced primetime shows for mainstream channels; Channel 4, BBC, CBBC, ITV, as well as international streamers, Netflix and Roku, and social media content to support the mainstream productions.

In recent years I have deep dive researched neurodivergent neurotypes and neuroscience, which has proved game changing in understanding and working with contributors and talent, as well as managing teams. Experienced with a wide range of talent, from big name celebrities, to niche experts, and nurturing new on-screen talent.
