I'm a confident and multi-skilled Shooting PD and Edit Producer, with extensive experience self-shooting on C300, FS7, 5D, prime lenses, Go Pros and XF305, working with talent / contributors, and producing stories. I’m adept at self-shooting having covered backstories, actuality, interviews and GVs for many features/factual entertainment, obs doc and online series. I’ve worked with many different types of contributors and talent over the years so I’m comfortable producing in interview and actuality to get the best content possible for the stories at hand whilst always maintaining a strong working relationship. I’m hard-working, positive, thorough and always have a smile on my face!I've also recently gained invaluable experience in the edit, as Edit Producer on primetime BBC2 and Five Star series. Working to tight deadlines and often covering many different story arcs, this time in the edit has been a great way to gain more skills and hone existing ones for when I go out shooting on location. As an Edit Producer I've also learnt the art of writing concise, informative and entertaining VO to help shape the narrative and move the stories along.As someone who has worked in television for over ten years, I've definitely acquired a wide variety of skills to ensure I'm a valuable member of the team.Thanks for reading.Richard Read Less
