I’m a professional writer and journalist of many years standing who’s recently got into TV work - and most specifically quiz show question setting and researching. I've recently finished a fifth six month stint on the ITV quiz show Tipping Point, but I’m always looking at more writing, development and researching opportunities going into the future. Journalistically, I’ve been everything from a staff writer to a magazine editor, and I specialise in short editing jobs, and taking publications to print. So I bring to my TV writing work a journalistic eye, an obsession for fact checking, and fast and impeccably presented copy delivery. I also have a knack for tracking down stories and sourcing characters and interview subjects, and have a fat and constantly updating contacts book packed with useful people from around the globe. Before getting into TV work I undertook a Masters Degree in Documentary Film making at UWE in Bristol, where my graduation film was nominated for eleven awards worldwide, and earned the runner's up slot in the Wicker's World Foundation Sage Award at the 2017 Sheffield Doc/Fest. And on top of all that I’ve got a calm and sunny disposition, have had a couple of novels published, know where to source the best cakes, and always clean up my own mess. Read Less
