Ben is an exceptionally talented and hard working PD, with lots of ideas. He'll get his head around a project quickly, understand the parameters he's working within, and work creatively within them. He has energy and drive and is a good guy to have on a team. He "gets" storytelling and will turn out a decent script in the pre-production phase. On location he's a grown up - he can handle a big shoot and also get the best out of something on a smaller budget.
