My name is Beatriz Almagro, I’m a professional from events, shows and shootings production industry based in London. I have more than 10 years experience in office roles in and out the entertainment, media & events industry.  My daily duties include providing administrative coordination to the production team by raising call sheets, branding, briefings copywriter, postproduction paperwork, music clearance, budget control, produce and coordinate events, planning and booking travel itineraries for crew, VIP and customers, business development, be the main contact between the production team and suppliers. Advertising, TV, short films and feature films experienced.My previous jobs as a personal assistant, production secretary, assistant, coordinator and manager allowed me to gain experience in dealing with big crews (up to 150 people), budgets and reconciliation, updating cost manager, raising PO's and monitoring expenses, logging media and maintaining research databases and calendars.  I had the chance as well to manage huge participation and customers on events (up to 4500 people): Security, insurances, medical care, access control, ticket selling, suppliers, promotions, staff hiring and coordination. In addition to English, I also speak Spanish. I am also a qualified First Aider.As you could appreciate I was working in different roles and companies to learn and grow up step by step in several types of events, shootings and shows I was interested in.
