After graduating film school, I first worked as a freelance filmmaker alongside some of the Australian music industry’s best young talent (Australian Idol finalists, iTunes-topping musicians, ARIA winners), as well as industry patrons like Grammy Award nominee Tommy Emmanuel, crafting dynamic, critically acclaimed and award-winning music videos and tour documentaries. Additionally, I directed and produced a handful of television advertisements and short films.Shortly after, I was commission by a Chinese production company to write a romantic-comedy feature film. Since then, I have spent the last few years working on writing and developing my own projects alongside renowned Australian film and television producers, as well as a feature film with a UK distribution company. I was also recently commissioned to provide advise in the development and production of Aussie Dreamlivers – a nationally broadcast reality-based television show.I have been employed as a film reviewer for a major Australia online media outlet and, on an ongoing basis, provided coverage reports to film production companies both in the UK and USA, as well as the Australian Writers’ Guild and afilmwriter.com, where I continue to work as a freelance script analyst.While working within the film industry, I have also completed a Juris Doctor (postgraduate law degree and doctorate) specialising in Entertainment and Media Law, and worked as a nationally-broadcast radio announcer and event MC with Southern Cross Austereo, Australia's biggest entertainment company.
