I'm a lighting cameraman with 19 years experience working with cameras. I started my career working for a camera facilities house at Shepperton studios where I became a camera assistant and eventually began camera operating on BBC drama Doctors. Since then I have become a lighting cameraman during 10 years as a staff member at the BBC working on a wide range of output both at home and overseas. I have a valid i visa for working in the USA.I can also edit on FCP and was a shoot/edit camera person at the BBC for many years. I have only been freelance since September 2017 which is why my CV and credits list are very BBC heavy. This is something I am hoping to rectify soon as I start to work with more content producers.I'm a people person and the variety of people I meet in this line of work is one of the main reasons I love this job so much. I believe that people produce their best work when they are relaxed and happy and I like to think that this is an attitude I bring to each and every shoot I am on.
