I am a resourceful development producer and challenge AP with a strong background in pitching and creating reality entertainment shows. I am confident in brainstorming, writing and designing pitch materials, games testing, adjudication and working closely with art teams to build set peice challenges. I also have varied experience with casting and welfare, so have worked with children and vulnerable people, as well as celebrities.
