A very experience creative director, broadcast designer and animator and with a track record of leading by example to produce innovative award-winning design solutions. I worked at BBC News for almost 25 years, the second half as Senior Designer. I re-branded the output twice, pushed the use of technologies (first Macs, then VizRT) and won a half dozen PromaxBDAs in the process. I left in 2014 and set up as Xrayvision. Since then I've freelanced at ITV, produced a broader range of work for the BBC (you might know my work from Panorama's reactive programme on the Grenfell Tower fire in June 2017) and produced corporate work for a number of global brands - I've just finished the second of two films as part of Citibank's pitch to host the Saudi Aramco IPO.
