I started my career primarily working on entertainment shows The X Factor (ITV2), The Xtra Factor (ITV2), The Voice UK (BBC) and TOWIE (ITV2) before making the transition into development.  Whilst in development I've spearheaded the team's that created and developed Don't Hate The Playaz (ITV2), The Bi Life (E!), I Like The Way You Move (BBC3), A Royal Team Talk (BBC1), Toy Hospital (C5) & Whats The Big Deal (C4). 

Joining Syco Entertainment as Development Executive, I was on the team that helped create hit formats such as La Banda (Univision), Keep It In The Family (ITV) and The Investigator (ITV) before becoming Head of Development at Monkey Kingdom (Part of NBCU) and BBC Studios (Ents and Music) and Creative Director/Director of Develpoment at Gramafilm and Ricochet TV, retrospectively.
