Ryan has been an integral and valued member of the 'Saving Lives at Sea' team for four series, starting as a researcher and now as assistant producer. He has strong editorial sense and is excellent with contributors. Working with our access relationship is crucial to the role and he been very good at this part of it. He has excellent eye for detail which is particularly useful for compliance and at the post-production stage. He's also absolutely dedicated and utterly reliable - every production needs Ryan.
