Ashleigh Ashley is a BAFTA Elevate creative producer working across Film, TV and advertising.  She cut her teeth as an independent film-maker - producing and directing music videos and content-making on YouTube and Instagram - but she came up in the advertising industry, most recently producing campaigns for brands like The Body Shop, Nike, Adidas and M.A.C.

Ashleigh has spent the last few years making moves into Film & TV - the highlights of which include 4 years in distribution at Disney, coordinating the art department for an explosive season of TOP BOY and being selected for the BAFTA Elevate program.

MY BRUDDA is the first narrative short Ashleigh produced (Directed by Ntando Brown, 2023), it was funded by the BFI and has now reached BAFTA-qualifying status.  

Ashleigh champions talent, produces powerful content which explores and celebrates the human condition and advocates for diversity and mental health in the screen industries.  With a profound interest in innovation on and off the screen Ashleigh stays up to date with film & media tech and has her sights set on developing the industries next big thing.  Read Less
