As a former professional badminton player and England's number 1 women's singles player, I now work as an elite coach, personal trainer and fitness instructor. However, whilst representing England all over the world, I also attained a master’s Degree in journalism and gained a variety of media experience from leading broadcasting companies at major sporting events and independent companies requiring presenters and speakers. My work experience ranges from interviewing elite athletes at the London 2012 Olympic Games to influencers and bloggers within the creative industries. I have done live television and social media interviews as well as pre recorded work. I now apply the hard work and dedication from my sporting career into the work I now do with individuals, corporate companies and the Dame Kelly Holmes Trust.
