Doug is a Peabody and Emmy Award-winning filmmaker who has been creating provocative film and television for over 15 years. His work has screened at over 60 film festivals around the world and can regularly be seen on networks such as Netflix, Apple TV+, PBS, Discovery, History, National Geographic and others. Doug has a reputation for bringing a cinematic eye and an unconventional edge to a wide range of subjects, from environmental issues, science and natural history to large-scale docudrama. He recently produced and directed THE LINE, a four-part investigative series for Apple TV+ about a Navy SEAL platoon's deployment to Iraq and the following trial of the platoon's chief for war crimes, nominated for two Documentary Emmy Awards for Best Documentary and Outstanding Investigative Documentary.
