Jay is a hugely talented and very experienced senior producer with a brilliant editorial mind, a great visual eye, an endless supply of creative ideas and the ideal skillset with which to execute them. He can pitch the tone of anything he's producing with perfection. He's a talented script-writer, technically accomplished film-maker and an unflappable problem-solver. As well as being a fantastic person to work with Jay is also one of the kindest, funniest and most inclusive people I know.
