Word, Excel, Google Drive, The Box, Mailmerge, Blackbird. • Experience working in a range of studios and on location. • Post-Production paperwork using Silvermouse and experience with Discovery deliverables. • Generating, updating, and distributing call sheets, movement orders and shooting schedules. • Setting up large and small shoots across the UK inc. negotiating and booking crew, hiring kit. • Experience with DBS Checks. • Recruiting and management of Runners/Prod Secs. • Creating and updating risk assessments. • Booking accommodation and generating travel plans for crew and talent. • Experience working with US broadcasters, US releases and facilitating US crews. • Experience with working on shoots with COVID protocols in place. • Live Broadcast experience. • Good problem-solver and able to troubleshoot in a calm and efficient manner. • Experience with post-production inc.
