I’ve worked with Kim in production and development for several years. She has strong editorial skills and a can-do manner that works on both difficult access and complex filming set ups.

In her development role she is great at seeking experts and contributors to underpin the editorial content for treatments and pitch documents, as well as researching great stories.

In the production role she is a great asset to any production. A team player, calm and sure footed, taking great care to find reliable sources of information to form strong narratives and deliver a creative finished product. She can direct and set up the most complicated of scenes, even where logistics, weather and health and safety are challenging and is also an excellent edit producer. She has delivered to both a UK and international audience (including an award winning History a series) and her more recent work, for US networks, has given her additional valuable experience. Her work ethic and commitment means she can work on both blue chip and fast turn around projects where it is essential to be mindful of budgets and schedules.

She is a pleasure to work with. Always positive, with a bright personality and good sense of humour. Kim makes a really strong contribution to any production team.
