Rebecca Hanmer is a creative, inspirational and versatile producer/ edit producer. She is organised (no one loves a list like Rebecca) and very thorough in her approach to her work. She can juggle a number of projects at the same time and does everything with a very willing attitude. Nothing is too much trouble for Rebecca and she can turn her hand to anything from directing, edit producing, script writing to post production management. She is a great team player and well respected by her colleagues for her caring and nurturing approach. She is a very supportive and enabling mentor who enjoys encouraging members of the team to give of their best. She's fun, warm and people love working with and for her. She always has strong ideas for pushing ambition on a programme but is realistic when it comes to tight budgets. I love working with Rebecca and would have her back on my team anytime.
