I am extremely conscientious, and known for my rigorous and thorough approach. I have a strong track record of finding great characters, stories, and identifying strong narratives; I am determined but empathetic so I take pride in the stories I find, the access I negotiate, and in the close, and lasting relationships that I forge with contributors. I have organised and attended shoots throughout Europe and across the world including China, Japan, Nepal, India, and the USA. I have worked in a number of extreme environments from the Australian Outback to remote islands in the South Pacific, and have a proven ability to excel under pressure or when faced with adversity in these challenging locations.    Read Less
