If you are looking for a post production manager that knows what managing a post house means, a manager that can get its hands dirty by editing a commercial when needed (actually I tend to do so, it helps me to better prevent and solve problems), and then follow all the project supervising and adding creativity in the process. I can be a great interface with clients and agencies of any kind, I have experience in dealing with creative directors and art directors, supporting them when needed and limiting them when sometimes their ideas are impacting budgets. I tend to prevent problems rather than solving it but, being Italian, my problem solving skills are, well… Italian sized.
