I am a Self Shooting Producer & Director (proficient with industry standard kit (FX9, FX6, FS7 etc with a multitude of primes and zooms whilst monitoring my own sound) used to following an unfolding narrative, often solo or part of a small team. If it’s a story or subject matter I am passionate about then I am keen to be involved in the Producer / Director / welfare capacity most appropriate. I shoot with passion and heart, feeling and utilising the space available.

 I have extensive 'Blue light' medical, police and aviation experience including Ambulance/HEMS helicopter rigging, flying and filming. Custody, Coroners, Surgeries and Galleries - I am well versed in all, Often working with children and vulnerable people in sensitive environments, I pride myself on treating every person with empathy and compassion. I also have experience with high profile talent and have a background in performing arts/musical theatre, I was once upon a time part of the National Youth Choir of Great Britain and have a lot of experience with choirs and sight reading.

Having grown up in the city of Norwich, I’m a Norfolk girl at heart, however I have settled in Lancashire, commutable to Manchester and Leeds, after 12 years developing a career in London. I am a newer Edit producer, having completed two prime time edits so far, I now have an at home edit set up and am looking forward to the next project. I have enjoyed working on retrospective archive stories and would like to do more. 

I am particularly passionate about people stories, mental health and tricky access, those that involve ongoing hard to crack situations with real heart. I am an advocate for positive change within the television industry and keen to mentor new starters. I am a supportive and kind person who prides myself on clear communication and working as a team.
