Currently a Producer for Red Studios across production, talent/casting and development for broadcast television, adverts and branded content. Red Studios is part of wider creative agencies AMV BBDO and Redwood BBDO.

I have experience across fact ent, reality and factual, working both on location and in studio. My production experience includes: casting, story, forward planning, welfare and games. I also have 3 years experience in development and thrive being creative.

I'm just as happy writing scripts and securing access to incredible locations on a fact ent series, as I am finding funny and charismatic contributors for a big reality show.

I have experience casting a range of contributors, including high-volume casting using platforms like Cast it reach, as well as finding people for niche briefs through targeting and outreach. Confident cutting my own tapes to tight deadlines, writing biogs etc. I have my own casting instagram and facebook pages, which have a bank of fab people stored in them just waiting to be cast. 

I have 3 years experience working in development, across a range of genres including entertainment, fact ent and factual. I have a great knowledge of the commissioning landscape, and a proven track record of successfully pitching and securing commissions. I watch lots of unscripted tv, past and present, so I have an in depth knowledge of what formats work and why. I am confident running brainstorms, creating beautfiul treatments and synthesizing my ideas on paper. I can take a topline idea and work it out into a fully-fledged show.

I'm based in London, but happy to travel for work.
