Alison uses her rare mix of creative, academic and business experience to help transform creative concepts into business reality.   She spent 15 years working at senior level in many media companies - predominantly in international television and film production, rights management and strategy.   During her career Alison has been Production Manager on over 7,000 minutes of film and television with a combined spend of over £16m. She has worked on documentaries, animation, drama, feature films, factual and entertainment productions on both high and low budgets.   Currently Alison owns Mission Accomplished, a consultancy offering training, mentoring and strategic advice to freelancers, start-ups and established SMEs in the Creative Industries. She is also a Visiting Fellow in the Faculty of the Arts, Design and Media at Birmingham City University where she acts as consultant and has developed and delivered courses, modules and lectures for the BA and MA courses within the School.   Alison is writing her first book - Guide to successful freelancing in the Creative Industries.
