Skills: · Cash handling, float reconciliation & expenses. · Purchase Orders & both PMI & Navision Cost Managers. · Knowledge of production office setup (Call Sheets, Risk Assessments & Addendums, Access Lists & Accreditation, correspondence with HODs, movement grids.) · DBS checking process & Etribez Casting Management. · Strong IT skills including experience with Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook etc. · Company card ownership & management. · DBS Checked February 2020 · First Aid Trained (June 2018). · Booking travel for large numbers of crew & contributors, often with a quick turnaround. · Liaising with hire companies providing facilities for studio & location shoots (crew catering, equipment hire). · Competent with Silvermouse, Viacom Q & post-production paperwork procedures. · Location sourcing, liaising & rate negotiation. · Archive sourcing & management. · Excellent communication skills with a friendly, personable attitude. · Covid Safety Training (Screenskills) · Working with talent, agents & contributors.
