I worked with Flick at the BBC factual dept many moons ago. When she was there she was responsible for various large scale projects. She handled them with ease and always gave her team 100% commitment no matter what. She is one of those PMs that really cares about her team and will always deliver. I'm so glad she is back in the job market after a few years in a different role - anyone would be lucky to have her on board.
